01 → SCHEDULE A FIT CALL
A 25 minute conversation to make sure we are the right match. We will talk about your business, where you are now, and what you are hoping to build. If it feels aligned, we will outline next steps and get you set up for the Brand Deep Dive.
02 → brand deep dive
This is the heart of the process: a 2-hour guided session where we build your brand foundation together. We go deep on your story, your ideal client, your values, your personality, and your creative direction. Most clients leave feeling more clarity about their business than they have in years.
03 → brand brief & proposal
Within 48 hours of your session, you will receive a full Brand Strategy Brief capturing everything we uncovered together, along with a tailored project proposal. This document is yours to keep regardless of what you decide next. Take time to review it, and then we will reconnect.
04 → follow-up Call
A focused 30-minute call to walk through the brief together, answer any questions about the proposal, and confirm the right path forward. If you are ready to move ahead, we will align on timeline and next steps before we close the call.
05 → onboarding
Once your contract is signed and deposit is received, you will complete the Project Intake: a detailed questionnaire covering visual direction, website needs, copy, and assets. This is what we build from. The more specific you are here, the smoother everything that follows.
06 → Design & Build
The creative phase. We begin with a moodboard to align on direction, then move into logo concepts, brand system, website design, and any collateral or additional phases beyond. You will have structured feedback rounds at every stage. The process is collaborative and paced so you always know exactly where we are and what is coming next.
07 → Launch + HAppy dance!
You’ll approve your design(s), receive all files, and be ready to launch your brand with pride! Making sure you have embedded support to ensure you feel confident navigating your new brand.
